I'm terribly sorry for this short answer, but I'm extremely busy right
now.
How to change disks should be clearly stated in the documentation of
the downloaded emulator. It's fully possible and both The City and The
Dungeon is fully playable on them.

>i have downloaded a atari 8-bit emulator and a version of the dungeon,
but cannot work out what to do when it asks for a change of disks, what
i really want to know is- can you get a full working version of it
running on a pc??? my brother and i bought this game from america in
1987 and played it for longer than i have ever come close to playing a
game again, it is good to play what we have but unfortuantly it is not
complete. when we played the game years ago we were very close to
completing it when the third disk corrupted somehow- what a
heartbreaker.
