There was a company awhile back that actually was re-doing mule with better
graphics and such. I had a copy of it but lost it recently.
I wish someone would put out a shareware or something of that game again. I
loved it

M.U.L.E. was a fun 4 player game (though 1 player is good also) that
involves strategy to help grow your Colony while also outwitting your
opponents such that you're the top dog after a year (12 months->12
turns)
So being totally selfish wont work but providing some balance is required to
nurture the colony. If you play it a few times you'll get it and get
hooked.
The Tournament mode is the best opening up all aspects of the game. Just
watch out for those pesky pirates, store fires, insect infestations and
Meteor strikes ;)
Thanks,
Steve

That's alright, it gives me an excuse to say HI.
I've been getting into text adventure (interactive
fiction) game making. Does anyone have any experience
in this realm?
Also, what is MULE and why is it so good? I tried it
once but couldn't get into it... The lack of rules
might've been the cause. There's a good MULE page out
there (do a search on google, it's one of the first to
pop up), but I'd like to hear it from one of you, the
trusted AR list.
