Ah, but the new AR is supposed to be an online game and:
a) it would be difficult to get the players to be able to talk in real time - servers, bandwidth & programming being expensive
b) you would have to record speech for all 'new' modules at added expense
c) you would have to download the speech either before undertaking a quest, or during it
