Well, I haven't made an alpha yet (which I am currently pencilling out to be
a plain C core with only text feedback for easy testing on any PC...
however, I don't think I will be wanting any beta testers until I have
something which actually runs on a Palm device).

On a slightly unrelated note, David Braben has come out of the shadows and
threatened with legal action against, amongst others, a PalmOS port of the
original Elite.
