That's comforting. I also noticed it was not an American company, who's
laws are the only ones I'm even halfway familiar with. I think it was...
Norweigan? So of course, they'll also have a bit of trouble fighting
various sites that aren't in their country's jurisdiction.

In a nutshell though, it just sounds like this company is kinda trying to
just go "mine! mine! you can't play unless I say it's okay" in a rather
obnoxious attempt to profit on their trademark. I would compare it to SCO
vs IBM.. Good from a stockholder's point of view, but completely moronic,
greedy and pointless from everyone else's.
