I'm not sure this has been mentioned. I found this Alternate
Reality Mud. I initially gathered that it had nothing to do
with the original and that the similar style typeface was a
coincidence. However, after looking at the creature list (on
the left hand side) I'm convinced that the programmer was at
least familiar with AR. The game has a "devouer" and a
"night stalker," and a "great worm." I take this to be an
acknowledgment of a influence on the game, even as the game
itself is based in a different world. Has anyone played with
this to see if anything else was incorporated into it?
