Someone correct me if I'm wrong.. I believe the official answer is, no, the
source codes have never been released for either the city or dungeon.
Phil reputedly had the City source on 11 (?) floppies in his garage, but
that was years ago. I expect that was written a few houses back, so where
they are now is anyone's guess. At the time, I believe the official scoop
was also that if you wanted to go search Phil's garage for them, he was okay
with that.. hehehe.. but I don't know if that offer still stands.. or even
if it's real, for all I know it could've been dreamed up.
As for the Dungeon, I'm not sure what the official story is behind why they
aren't available...but I can tell you that I've never personally seen them,
and I expect I would have bumped into them on one of my many net-crawls for
all things AR.
Not the answer you were hoping for, I'm sure.... but the answer nonetheless.
