I used to be a programmer and have Pocket C installed on my Palm right
now (though I haven't had the time to write anything for it). I've got
loads of old hardware like you, in fact my Atari 8ooxl is here at work
with me. I got out of programming to get into the more creative end of
my chosen industry.

I'm being intentionally cryptic, but I'm sure you can figure out what I
do pretty easily.

me, it was usually other homework or sleep (40+

Saturday while in High school - I did better in
University than I did in public education taking both

I bought my 800XJ in 1984 or thereabouts (I was 12)
with a batch of savings bonds that were looking for
something to be spent on (I still have most of my
computers - Atari 800XL, Commodore C64C, 2x Atari
Mega2 ST, and a whole boatload of PCs from an 8088 on
up!) I did get rid of a few - notably the Apple IIe,
the TS1000, and the old TRS-80. Hard to believe I had
all that old hardware sitting on my desk at one
time...

I would definitely be interested in a copy of your
notes - even if no-one else is. Do you do any
programming? I'd be willing to pass along what I've
done so far (once it's typed up - it's all in longhand
right now) for input...

The copy of AR:Dungeon I got was a gift from an uncle
who was tired of seeing me blow thru every version of
Rubik's Cube he could find - he wanted to stump me. I
got addicted instead...
