I downloaded like 5 ringtones just now from my provider's website before I realized they were charging me $0.99 per download... no "you will be charged" just a little thing in the corner that said "only $0.99 per song" WHOOPS.
Somone's gotta know how to hack this phone.. they put the ring tones in there in the first place, and my provider's jingle is the first one...
